Shipping & Returns


Our jewelry is made to order so please consider this when placing your order and please allow for the production time frames indicated on the individual item descriptions. All items will arrive ready for gift-giving. Tracking numbers will be emailed for your convenience. Invoices are not included in the box.

Free domestic USPS Priority or Express shipping for all orders. International shipping is available through FedEx at current rates including insurance.

Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments and, if an order is returned due to an invalid address, it will be processed as a return. Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email for any questions related to delivery.


We aim to please but if for some reason you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund if addressed within 7 days of receipt. Items ineligible for returns include custom made jewelry, custom sized gemstone and diamond rings, and personalized jewelry. Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Please Click Here to initiate the exchange process. Return shipping costs must be incurred by the customer.
However, if the return is due to our error or receipt of damaged goods, we will happily pay the return shipping costs. Delivery confirmation and insurance is recommended when mailing back to us. Sea Shell Diamond Gallery is not responsible for returns that are damaged in transit. A refund will be issued when the item is received in it’s original, unworn condition.

We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our return policy guidelines. We cannot authorize a return if more than 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your order.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges are available on final sale items. Additionally, international orders and items purchased with store credit are FINAL SALE and ineligible for a refund/return.
